- What are your office hours?
Our office is open M-F from 8:30am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sundays we are closed
- How do I set up an appointment to view an apartment?
You can set an appointment to view an apartment by calling us at (805) 986-2906 although you can also just drop by during office hours. You are always welcome to drop by during office hours to view an apartment or the property. View our contact us page for directions.
- What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community. Pets must be approved by management. All pet owners must sign a Pet Agreement with the management. The weight limit for dogs is 25lbs full grown. Breed restrictions apply, inquire with property for details. There is a $500 pet deposit required on move-in or when the pet is brought into the apartment.Pet rent is not required.
- Do you have a pool and hot tub?
Yes, we have both a heated pool and a hot tub that was just built in 2007. In the pool area we also have well maintained showers and restrooms for your convenience as well as a dry sauna.
- Do you have a fitness center on-site?
Yes we do have a fitness center on-site. It is open to residents from 5 am until 11 pm and is accessible by key.
- Do you have on-site laundry rooms? If so, how many?
We have 3 laundry facilities on-site, spread throughout the complex. They are open 24 hours to residents and are accessible by key.
